# Retro MacBook Time-Tellers The Recycled Apple iBook G4 Clock is Surprisingly Chic By Meghan Young | Published 2010-02-08 | Eco Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apple-ibook-g4-clock References: [dvice](http://dvice.com/archives/2010/02/what-time-is-it.php) & [etsy](http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=39481272) What you see before you is, in fact, an [Apple](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apple-watch-g3) iBook G4 clock. More specifically, a *recycled* Apple iBook clock. And to tell you the truth, I actually like it. I mean, if someone had told me about it, I would have (naturally) scoffed, but actually seeing it is another thing completely. The limited Apple iBook G4 clock is actually fairly clever. My favorite detail involves the mouse dangling beneath the iBook as the pendulum.
