# Danish-Style Apple Buns Trader Joe’s new Apple Cinnamon Buns are made in Denmark By Katherine Pendrill | Published 2023-09-16 | Lifestyle Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apple-cinnamon-buns References: [traderjoes](https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products/pdp/apple-cinnamon-buns-077107) [Trader Joe’s](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chocolate-brooklyn-babka) is further expanding its seasonal fall lineup with the launch of new [Apple](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apple-pumpkin-hand-pies) Cinnamon Buns. Perfect for the cooler fall days ahead, the new Apple Cinnamon Buns deliver a delicious mix of warm fall spices in the form of a soft and sweet pastry. The new Danish-style buns are actually made by a supplier in Denmark, who crafts each bun by twisting sweet, cinnamon-apple-compote-filled dough into a knot. The dough is then topped with a streusel-like crumb and baked until golden brown. While the Apple Cinnamon Buns can be enjoyed right out of the box, it's a truly tantalizing experience to warm the buns slightly before serving. As [Trader Joe's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cinnamon-twist-danish) puts it, "Regardless of where you fall on the morning person spectrum, our Apple Cinnamon Buns are sure to delight—and their value is a real eye-opener, too."
