Trend Hunter sat down with Parrot's VP Sales and Marketing Peter George to talk about the recently unveiled Jumping Sumo and Rolling Spider. The first of the app-controlled products has a kicking leg in the back, which allows it to jump up to 80 cm off the ground onto surfaces like tables and chairs. The second mobile device-controlled [minidrone](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hoverair-x1-pro) has a button you can push that will make it fly up to 2 ft in the air, and then will hover awaiting your next command. As George explains, Parrot Minidrones have found two main ways to appeal to their desired audience: simple drones introduce a younger demographic to technology through fun and toys, while a mid-tier prosumer level of drones give average people the power to do amazing things.
