A few months ago we featured a real life lawsuit based on the Second Life community, and now we're seeing a second legal case related to [virtual eroticism](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/intimacy-technology) in the game. This time it involves the sale of fraudulent sex toys.

Six [virtual store owners](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/roblox-x-shopify) are taking a man to court for selling [knock-off clothes, beds and sex toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/welcome-to-bloxburg) which sell for prices from 50 cents to $4.

"It's stealing," Kevin Alderman, one of the store owners told The New York Post.

"This is not a joke," said Frank Tanney, the group's lawyer. "This is not a game. This hurts them."

The accused man feels justified in his defense, arguing that "It's a video game." The store owners are in strong disagreement.
