A few years ago, Beast Wars: Transformers introduced the concept of [robotized animals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/transformers-reversible-plushies) to mainstream audiences across North America. The popularity of mechanized animals took root in the mindsets of many individuals throughout the course of the series. The concept of [organic technological infusion](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nonhuman-life) is featured in Chew's animal designs. The illustrations feature a wide array of re-imagined metallic animals. From war-ready elephants to grizzly robots, these robotized animal constructs showcase how the infusion of two powerful opposing constructs can produce something quite spectacular. The combination of metal and flesh is a concept that may seem a bit extreme for some people, but there's no denying how amazing such an infusion could be. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.7/10 - Popularity: 37% | Activity: 36% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Gadgets](https://www.trendhunter.com/gadgets) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Mechanized Animal Depictions:** There is a growing trend of creating robotized animals that combine metal and flesh, offering new possibilities for innovative designs. - **Organic Technological Infusion:** The concept of infusing organic elements with technology is gaining popularity, presenting disruptive innovation opportunities for various industries. - **Reimagined Metallic Animals:** The reimagining of animals as metallic constructs has captured the imagination of many, creating opportunities for unique and creative products. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Illustration and Design:** The field of illustration and design can explore new avenues by incorporating the concept of mechanized animal depictions into their work. - **Robotics and Automation:** The robotics and automation industry can benefit from the fusion of organic and technological elements, leading to advancements in robotic animal designs and applications. - **Entertainment and Media:** The concept of robotized animals has gained popularity in entertainment and media, offering opportunities for storytelling and immersive experiences in movies, TV shows, and video games. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [AI-Generated Animal Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/animal-generator.md) - [Futuristic Robotic Wearables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ikeuchi-hiroto.md) - [Cartoon Franchise Collab Collectibles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bape-and-transformers-1.md) - [Futuristic Museum Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/unnatural-history-museum-of-singapore.md) - [Dog-Inspired Surveillance Robots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/robot-dog-concept.md) - [Robotic Cargo Carriers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kawasaki-bex-robot-goat.md) - [Creature-Like Floor Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-pink-robots-won.md) - [Touch-Responsive Robotic Pets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/owlbear.md) - [Bio-Inspired Transforming Robots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bioinspired-transforming-robot.md)
