# Forest Creature Reflectors These Animal Mirrors Have Fetching Frames of Furry Fauna Faces By Amelia Roblin | Published 2013-02-15 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/animal-mirrors References: [furnitureserved](http://www.furnitureserved.com/gallery/ANIMAL-mirror/332025) & [behance.net](http://www.behance.net/gallery/ANIMAL-mirror/332044) The installation of a [looking glass in a room](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mirroring-dialogue) is cleverly combined with the intention of decorating. These Animal Mirrors by Judit Reig comprise little circular reflectors with lovely frames of two different creatures' silhouettes. Each of the adorable objects has been cut from a [thin sheet of aluminum](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/meta-hardware). This material was then anodized and given one of three finishes: gold, silver or black. Here we have the simplified and stylized outline of a bunny and another of an antlered caribou or deer. Both have prominent ears that aid in defining their forms and in giving them a bit of extra dimension. The Animal Mirrors have been bent just slightly at at one or both listeners. This gives the pieces a little more life to make them utterly endearing. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 31% | Activity: 3% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennial - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Animal-inspired Decor:** The trend of incorporating animal motifs in home decor provides opportunities for innovative designs and unique products. - **Customizable Mirrors:** The trend of personalized home decor creates opportunities for customizable mirrors with various animal silhouette designs. - **Interactive Room Accessories:** The trend of interactive home accessories inspires the creation of mirrors that add playfulness and engagement to the living space. ### Who This Affects Most - **Home Decor:** The home decor industry can leverage the trend of animal-inspired decor to create new product lines and attract animal-loving consumers. - **Metalworking:** The metalworking industry can explore the trend of customizable mirrors by developing new techniques and finishes for creating animal silhouette designs. - **Interior Design:** The interior design industry can incorporate the trend of interactive room accessories by recommending and integrating playful mirrors into their design projects. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Artful Custom Mirror Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portraits-collection.md) - [Optical Illusion Mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hooptical.md) - [Colorful Retro Pixel Mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/paint-mirror.md) - [Dynamic Structural Mirror Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bton-brut.md) - [Travel-Themed Fractured Mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baggage-claim-mirrors.md) - [Curvaceous Shelf-Paired Mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wave-mirror.md) - [Retro Jelly Mold-Inspired Mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jelly-mirror.md) - [Reflective Water-Themed Mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lakes-collection.md) - [Geometrical Golden Ratio Mirrors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ascension-wall-mirror.md)
