Much of the anxiety over possible medical problems that could afflict a sleeping infant are also addressed in the design of this device. Moms, dads and their little ones will all get a good rest. Colin Cote's collection comes with three intelligent components. The first is the baby monitor itself, the second is the parents' unit and the third is a [motion-sensing mat](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/isleepad). The baby monitor has an integrated camera with [night vision](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-baby-companion) and picks up all sounds with its microphone. All of this data is transmitted to the Angel Care Monitor base unit, from which adults can watch and listen to the live video. This gadget is also notified if the motion-sensing panel placed beneath the child discerns no movement for sufficient time. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.3/10 - Popularity: 47% | Activity: 73% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Alpha, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Gadgets](https://www.trendhunter.com/gadgets) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Smart Infant Monitors:** Creating AI-infused infant monitors can provide accurate analysis and monitoring of the child's environment and biological signals. - **Integrated Sleep Solution:** Creating a holistic sleep solution that monitors, adjusts and enhances the infant's sleep can provide parents with greater peace of mind and increase infant well-being. - **Motion-sensing Devices:** Developing motion-sensing devices for infants can provide an extra layer of security and safety for parents, reducing the risk of SIDS. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Healthcare:** Integrating the use of smart infant monitors in hospitals can improve real-time monitoring and care for infants in neonatal units. - **Retail:** Creating an integrated sleep solution for infants can provide an additional revenue stream for retail baby supply chains. - **Home Security:** Expanding the use of motion-sensing devices in home security systems can support parents in securing their home while their baby is asleep. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Advanced Baby Monitors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/premium-connected-baby-monitor.md) - [AI-Powered Baby Monitors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chillax.md) - [Modern Baby Monitors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ainanny-baby-monitor.md) - [AI Baby Sleep Monitors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/necoron.md) - [Baby-Monitoring Smart Mattresses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/babysense-cloud-smart-mattress.md) - [Sleep-Monitoring Baby Sock Wearables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/owlet-dream-duo.md) - [Cry-Detecting Sleep Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gianna-lullume-baby-soother.md) - [Smart AI Baby Monitors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/simshine.md) - [Infant Mood-Tracking Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ainenne.md)
