The Andy Martin Architects or [AMA's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/harriet-allure-candles) design philosophy "embraces creative intelligence with a unique design identity," and this is evidenced in this re-imaging of the Mews estate. The name of the game is balance, and Any Martin Architects find this balance in various aspects of the 5-bedroom, double fronted behemoth of a residence. Whether it be the beetle bezels on the door windows or the curved marble bathtub, the room exudes elegance. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.3/10 - Popularity: 43% | Activity: 18% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Re-imagined Residences:** There is an opportunity for architects and designers to reinvent and transform traditional homes with unique design identities. - **Balanced Design:** Finding balance in various aspects of a residence, such as incorporating contrasting elements or materials, offers a disruptive innovation opportunity for architects. - **Elegant Details:** Adding elegant and luxurious details, such as beetle bezels on windows or curved marble bathtubs, can elevate the overall design of a home. ### Where This Applies - **Architecture & Design:** The architecture and design industry can explore new ways to re-imagine and transform traditional residences with creative and unique design approaches. - **Home Improvement:** The home improvement industry can tap into the trend of incorporating balanced design and elegant details in renovations and upgrades. - **Luxury Real Estate:** Luxury real estate developers can leverage the demand for re-imagined residences with elegant details to create high-end properties. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Victorian-Inspired London Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lee-terrace.md) - [Understated Modernist Artful Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/child-studio-1.md) - [Traditional-Style English Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-pines.md) - [Timber-Framed Brick Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/erbar-mattes.md) - [Modern Interpreted English Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/eight-gables.md) - [Eclectic London Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rufford-mews-apartment.md) - [Modern Brick Retro Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mclaren-excell.md) - [Renovated Oak-Facade Mews Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/trewhela-williams.md) - [Barn-Form Family Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/twisted-house1.md)
