# Anatomical X-Ray Art Amazing Drawings Based on the Human Body By TopDog | Published 2010-01-16 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/anatomical-x-ray-art References: [fillinn](http://fillinn.com/people-through-x-rays/) Many words that could be used to describe this amazing [anatomical x-ray art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/voka-anatomy-pro). The artist that created these [surreal drawings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/surreal-street-art-1) must have based them on some real x-ray film, although the artwork depicts much more than just bones. Obviously artists really don't need a reason to create fantastical imagery, but this collection leaves me wondering what inspired this person to include such [intricate and amazing anatomical details](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/himalaya-pelvis-chair) in these drawings. **Implications** - With all the controversy that the controversial TSA x-rays are attracting, it's hard to not see the artistic and spiritual value of a series like this. Maybe the US government wouldn't have so much trouble on their hands if they put some fiscal heft behind this art series. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.5/10 - Popularity: 62% | Activity: 66% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Modern](https://www.trendhunter.com/modern) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Anatomical X-ray Art:** Artists using anatomical x-ray techniques to create unique and intricate artwork. - **Fantastical Imagery:** Artists incorporating intricate anatomical details into their surreal drawings. - **Artistic and Spiritual Value:** Recognition of the artistic and spiritual value in anatomical x-ray art. ### Who This Affects Most - **Art:** Artists exploring the use of anatomical x-ray techniques in their artwork. - **Healthcare:** Integration of anatomical x-ray art into healthcare settings for educational and therapeutic purposes. - **Government:** Government support and funding for anatomical x-ray art as a means of creative expression and communication. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Human Torso-Inspired Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lene-bdker.md) - [Artful Suspended Fashion Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/invisible-figures.md) - [Health Object Art Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/out-of-orifice.md) - [Raunchy Anime-Inspired Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/manuela-soto-sosa.md) - [Digital Archetype Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/christian-rex-van-minnen-1.md) - [Artistic AI Robots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sketcher-x.md) - [AI-Generated Retrofuturistic Objects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/retrofuturistic-objects.md) - [Paper-Made Mosaic Artwork](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/real-life-architecture-exhibition.md) - [AI-Generated Poetic Photo Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/emilio-alarcn.md)
