'American Idol' reject Josiah Leming has a lot of explaining to do. The castoff is facing legal action from 'American Idol' after the [homeless crooner](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/paul-klein) is attempting to release the album he recorded earlier this year with [Warner Brothers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lenskart), despite signing a strict contract with 19 Entertainment that precludes Josiah Leming from doing so.

Josiah Leming's story was well-publicized on the show. His mother has terminal cancer, and Leming lived for a period of time in his car.
