To tell the story of how its [liqueur is made](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-redondo) in South Africa, Amarula created a [360-degree virtual reality film](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/immersion-vr) in order to fully immerse consumers in all the sights of the region.

The 'Made from Africa' virtual reality experience takes the form of a three-minute film that explores the continent's people, cities, culture, landscapes and breathtaking wildlife. In the film, viewers are able to see how wild marula trees grow, the maturation process and finally, how the products end up in the bottles that they are familiar with.

This [immersive VR film](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hays-travel) supports the launch of the all-new Jabulaini bottle design and Dr Paula Kahumbu, conservationist and Wildlife Direct CEO, being named a global ambassador for the Amarula Trust.
