The villa spans approximately 12,000 square feet across nine acres of desert terrain, forming the first of 12 planned residences at the site. The architecture follows low-lying volumes that extend horizontally into the landscape, using concrete, wood, and glass to frame surrounding rock formations and shifting desert light. Open-plan interiors connect directly to outdoor terraces, creating continuous transitions between enclosed and exposed spaces. The residence includes six bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms, accommodating up to 18 guests alongside dedicated staff quarters. A 36-metre pool extends across the site, paired with shaded lounges, dining courts, and fire features arranged throughout the property. Additional facilities include a private spa with steam room and sauna, a fitness studio, and a primary suite with its own courtyard and pool. The villa operates as a fully serviced compound with a personal chef and host, integrated into the wider resort experience.
