The Vogue Japan photoshoot featuring model Amanda Murphy will be featured in the June 2015 edition of the high end magazine. Photographers Sean and Seng chose to place Murphy in front an empty desert, allowing the showcased apparel to pop out all the more in front of flowing sand dunes and pale green foliage.
Stylist Sissy Vian brought this Vogue Japan series over the top. While the natural backdrop could arguably call for sporty or safari-esque apparel, Vian instead chose to dress Murphy in chic, upscale pieces best fit for formal affairs.
In the images taken by Sean and Seng, Murphy is pictured clad in a black leather dress, an off-the-shoulder gown and pieces featuring opulent frills. These items matched well with chunky black boots and an oversize blanket, proving that there are few rules this season.
