The 'Alternative Organic Wine' packaging concept is created by Tony Ibbotson, who was inspired to fabricate a classy labelling system that didn't look cheap or second-rate.

To reflect the premium nature of the [limited edition sauvignon blanc](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/krink-x-barossa-ink-limited-edition-shiraz) the bottle holds, Ibbotson takes some of the most basic and natural elements of nature: real balsa bark, vine and loose leaves, but arranges them in a minimalistic and design-conscious configuration. The raw materials look like they were growing into the bottle, giving it a unique appearance but with an aesthetic twist.

Instead of just using paper that was pumped out from a special type of wood or applying foreign material-fused ink, the design by The Creative Method takes the term '[natural packaging](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sapling-spirits-vodka)' and harnesses it in its most literal form. The concept has won Best In Show at the recent Dieline Package Design awards.
