Dubbed the Rhino Tank, the structure is essentially an ATV with the body of a tank. Its creator, Colin Furze, built it out of curiosity and, of course, to test its viability. For the DIY all-terrain tank, Furze drew inspiration from Elie Aghnides' 1950s concept of the Rhino. Aghnides, an inventor also known for designing a water-conserving aerator for taps, created the Rhino as a one-off schematic intended to be sold to the military. The original silhouette was inspired by a waterfall. For his rendition of the Rhino, Furze used a [hydraulic dump truck](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arctic-trucks-toyota-land-cruiser-250-at37) as the base and added a [Cybertruck-like sheet-metal body](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/van-daryl-war-truck). While the tank performed well on land, it had issues with inclines and sharp turns.
