Shortbread is a simple, yet deceptively tricky recipe to get right, which is why Trader Joe's sought out an expert supplier in the Netherlands for its new All Butter Shortbread Sandwich Cookies with Raspberry Filling. This supplier uses an all-butter recipe to make sweet, delicate, and perfectly crumbly shortbread cookies. The perfect shortbread cookies are then paired with a tart and fruity raspberry filling, which perfectly complements the cookie's texture and flavor. The result is a perfect biscuit for tea time, snack time, or any time, really. They pair especially well with a nice hot cup of coffee or tea.
