St. Peter's Without brand of alcohol-free beers was launched in 2016 with products like Without Gold and Without Original, well ahead of the interest in [low- and no-alcohol drinks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/estrella-damm-00) that now seems to just be getting started. Inspired by this movement, St. Peter's refreshed the recipe for its products, including Without Elderberry & Raspberry, which was introduced just last year.

Although the overall taste is said to remain the same, St. Peter's tweaked the recipe to offer a more [hop-forward profile](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sidekick-sparkling-hop-water) that reflects consumer preferences for full-bodied IPAs. The result is a refreshing, [zero-alcohol beer with hoppy flavors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/craftstyle-nonalcoholic-beers) that have the potential to reach a much wider range of consumers, especially if they like craft beer.
