The new platform will allow passengers to process and check their bags from outside the airport, creating an efficient and [contactless boarding experience](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/american-express-canada-and-toronto-pearson). The newly launched solution is simple to use. All travelers are required to do is pre-book [baggage collection](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luggage-losers) before their departure to the airport via the company's website or mobile app. Once booked, a courier will visit their homes, digitally verify their identities and travel documents, collect their bags, and head to the airport. Those who choose this baggage option will be able to experience a baggage-free trip to the airport, which not only makes travel more convenient and enjoyable for them but also safer for everyone within the airport by reducing contact and congestion -- two major points of concern facing the airline industry as we emerge out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
