Available through CCL Passport, the platform combines artificial intelligence with established leadership research to generate training materials from brief descriptions of organizational needs. My Studio Designer produces initial program outlines and supporting materials that teams can review and customize. Meanwhile, My Studio Evaluator creates surveys, examines participant feedback, and generates recommendations to improve future training sessions. The platform offers organizations a faster approach to developing leadership education without relying entirely on automated content. By reducing time spent preparing materials and analyzing results, HR and learning teams can focus on adapting programs to workplace priorities. For CCL, the addition strengthens its existing Passport offering while helping organizations deliver consistent leadership development across different teams.
