Presented at the Metropolis Festival 2013 in collaboration with Københavns Internationale Teater Copenhagen, Aeropolis by Plastique Fantastique provides a dynamic space for activity as it creates versatile event spaces.

These temporary bulbous constructions appear almost surreal as they separate the space within using transparency. The [blow-up structures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/iwagumi-air-scape) are used as [makeshift venues](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/radius-transformation-pavilion) that boast the ability to be installed virtually anywhere by mere inflation. According to [Dezeen Magazine](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/this-is-air), these pavilions are "made from a fire-proof PVC and when inflated industrial ventilators are used to retain the air pressure required to keep the bubble's shape."

Located in 13 places throughout the Metropolis Festival in Copenhagen, the Aeropolis by Plastique Fantastique bubbles have housed installations, dance performances, concerts and other communal activities.
