# Adorable Ceiling Lamps Reeno by La Mamba Boasts a Subtly Quirky Silhouette By Meghan Young | Published 2014-09-10 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/adorable-ceiling-lamp References: [design-milk](http://design-milk.com/reeno-lamp-la-mamba/) & [behance.net](https://www.behance.net/lamamba) There are adorable ceiling lamps and then there is Reeno. Part of the Omelette-ed collection by La Mamba, a design studio based in Valencia, Spain, it boasts a subtly quirky silhouette that will bring to mind a modern kettle for some and Pinocchio for others. The latter is due entirely to the [wooden stick](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/light-bean) poking out from the side like a nose. Made out of [marble dust and wood](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nau-design), the adorable ceiling lamp is an overall simple design that could very well complement just about any home or office. Whether used in the kitchen, above a bar set up or even a conference room table, it brings a nice touch of personality to its surroundings. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.5/10 - Popularity: 36% | Activity: 30% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Adorable-lighting-designs:** Designing lighting fixtures with adorable and quirky silhouettes for homes/offices to add a touch of personality to its surroundings. - **Sustainable-material-usage:** Using sustainable materials in designing lighting fixtures to bring eco-friendly alternatives to the market. - **Multi-functional-lighting-solutions:** Creating lighting fixtures that are functional in different spaces such as kitchens, conference rooms, and bar setups to cater to different needs. ### Who This Affects Most - **Lighting:** Explore utilizing unique and adorable designs and eco-friendly materials to create lighting fixtures for homes and offices. - **Interior Design:** Incorporating adorable designs of lighting fixtures to enhance the overall designs of homes and offices. - **Hospitality:** Using multi-functional lighting fixtures in conference rooms and bar setups to improve customer experience and ambience. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Whimsical Glass Bubbled Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/peeka.md) - [Mushroom-Inspired Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/humble-lights.md) - [Bulbous Whimsical Lighting Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neotenic.md) - [Pasta-Inspired Curvaceous Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neotenic-lamp.md) - [Hanging Lantern-Like Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/woodo-table-lamp.md) - [Versatile Torch-Style Lighting Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cono.md) - [Japanese Lantern-Inspired Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/madco.md) - [Playful Minimal Suspended Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nomnom-light.md) - [Adorable Cartoon Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lightweight-and-adorable.md)
