A [freestanding fireplace](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ninja-fireside360), it can be placed anywhere and everywhere that a person may desire to have a warm and cozy hearth. It is especially great for urban homes where people can't simply whip up a small bonfire whenever they like. Sleek and portable, the Accenda Freestanding Fireplace even complements contemporary home decor nicely. Its minimalist aesthetic features a tempered safety glass enclosure and a [brushed stainless steel base](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-stainlesssteel). It can hold up to four litres of ethanol, providing a [clean burning flame](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fireplace-designs) for dining tables both indoor and out as well as any other room that the users venture into afterwards. Small and delightful, the Accenda Freestanding Fireplace is a much better accent than flower arrangements or vases filled with lemons. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 22% | Activity: 13% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Freestanding Fireplaces:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop freestanding fireplaces that utilize alternative fuel sources for cleaner and more sustainable heating options. - **Minimalist Aesthetic:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create minimalist home decor items that combine functionality with sleek design, catering to the modern urban lifestyle. - **Portable Hearth Accessories:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Design portable accessories that enhance the ambiance and warmth of small-scale fireplaces, making them adaptable to various indoor and outdoor environments. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Introduce innovative home decor products that cater to the growing demand for stylish and functional furnishings. - **Alternative Heating:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore the development of alternative heating solutions that offer efficient, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing options for urban homes. - **Outdoor Living:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop innovative outdoor living products that allow urban dwellers to create cozy and inviting spaces, even in limited outdoor areas. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Portable Cylindrical Fireplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ecosmart-fire-pillar-3t.md) - [Eco-Friendly Bioethanol Fireplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glammfire-contour.md) - [Convenient Personal Fireplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/personal-fireplace1.md) - [Dining Table Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tabletop-fire-pit.md) - [Cooking-Friendly Outdoor Fireplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/regg-surprise.md) - [Communal Fireplace Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hearth-coffee-table.md) - [Slick Modern Holographic Fireplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/holographic-fireplace.md) - [Bioethanol Fireplace Website Debuts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/le-feu-fires.md) - [Portable Fire Pit Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fire-pit-stand.md)
