The home has a tranquil aesthetic that pushes the boundaries of metropolitan living. It has been imagined as a [serene sanctuary for holistic wellness](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-prakriti-biophilic). It reflects on the intimate evolution in the form of a modern villa retreat, rooted in elements of mindfulness and understated design. At the corners of architectural rigor, the Aanandam follows the expectations of raw and refined components. The penthouse has urban boldness with exposed concrete, open structural layouts, and linear forms. These are all softened intentionally with details including the [tactile natural finishes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-scale-collective) and components that curate a feeling of warmth.
