With its simple design, the house appears to be a maze of intricate minimalism. Featuring stairs without railings, glass doors, a spanning outdoor living space, the house is welcoming of natural light. The atmosphere is enhanced by the stunning infinity pool that seems to pour into the oceanic horizon. The all-white palette contributes to the modernist look of the edifice. The house boasts three levels, with a structure that is partially underground which serves the purpose of anchoring the house on a slope. The edifice is a stunning retreat for those partial to ultra-modern luxury. With its Andalusian appeal, this home is bound to attract lovers of minimalism, relaxation, awe-inspiring views and groundbreaking Spanish design architecture. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.3/10 - Popularity: 69% | Activity: 51% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Minimalist Architecture:** Opportunities to develop sleek, simple designs for homes, buildings, and other structures that prioritize aesthetics and functionality over excess. - **Infinity Pools:** Opportunities to create innovative and visually stunning pool designs that incorporate a seamless, flowing water element and capitalize on breathtaking views. - **Underground Structures:** Opportunities to integrate sustainable underground structures into building projects that are both environmentally friendly and visually striking. ### Who This Affects Most - **Architecture and Design:** Architecture and design firms can develop innovative, minimalist designs for homes and buildings while incorporating sustainable elements. - **Hospitality and Tourism:** Luxury hotels and resorts can create unique, high-end experiences for guests by incorporating infinity pools and breathtaking views into their designs. - **Real Estate and Construction:** Real estate developers and construction firms can capitalize on the trend towards minimalist, visually stunning designs and explore new opportunities for sustainable, underground structures. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Lofty Minimalist Living Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/minimalist-living-space1.md) - [Compact White-Painted Modern Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/whitepainted-modern-home.md) - [Wooden Blind-Enclosed Spanish Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/na-mime-house.md) - [Floating Level Aesthetic Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oak-house-1.md) - [Boxy Shaped Beach Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/roman-izquierdo-bouldstridge.md) - [Serene Heartwarming Villa Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-minimale.md) - [Minimal Japanese Home Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-kyobate.md) - [Nature-Inspired Minimal Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zen-house-1.md) - [Panoramic Terraced Villas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-95.md)
