Rather than reverting to a staid, uninspiring wash of grayish white panels and sound-absorption, ZONA Architekci went with a charmingly Millennial office environment filled with [fun and playful elements](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/max-zone). Since people spend the majority of their weekdays in the office, a pleasant space is essential. ZONA Architekci's Poznan office delivers on that with an open concept space that accentuates [natural light](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bochum-office), extensive columns of raw wooden beams, and free lines of sight. It also has some cheeky design to it, with a functional hanging swing adorning one of the office's many communal spaces. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.2/10 - Popularity: 68% | Activity: 50% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Playful Office Design:** In response to the need for pleasant office environments, designers are incorporating playful and fun elements into office spaces. - **Natural Light Accentuation:** Designing offices that accentuate natural light is becoming a trend to create more inviting and refreshing workspaces. - **Open Concept Workspaces:** Office designers are creating open concept workspaces to deliver airiness, flexibility, and free lines of sight. ### Who This Affects Most - **Architecture and Design:** This trend highlights a disruptive innovation opportunity in architecture and design to create more pleasant and inviting office spaces. - **Furniture and Decor:** Designers of furniture and decor can capitalize on this trend by creating playful and fun office pieces that contribute to a refreshing and exciting office environment. - **Real Estate:** The trend in office design emphasizes the importance of creating workspace environments that satisfy the needs of modern workers, providing a new disruptive innovation opportunity for real estate companies to meet those needs. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Colorful Creative Workspaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/podimo-office.md) - [Contemporary Office Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rock-capital-warsaw-office.md) - [Reinvented Office Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mislad.md) - [Software Company Polish Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fresha.md) - [Vibrant Adaptable Workplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/adaptable-workplace.md) - [Vibrant Multi-Level Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gensler.md) - [Warm Office Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kinzo-architekten.md) - [Ultra-Playful Studio Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bright-workspace.md) - [Youthful-Inspired Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/esalco-logistics.md)
