Ltd recently released a [vacuum storage system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vacuum-sealer-pro) with an automatic vacuum pump that solves the issue of [stale leftovers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/foodtusker). According to the brand, leftovers stashed in the system will stay fresh up to five times longer than they would in other containers. The hard plastic container is FDA-approved and comes with a [vacuum-sealed lid](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smartlid) and an automatic pump. Once placed on the lid, the pump immediately begins pulling out the excess air inside of the container until it reaches a high-vacuum degree of -0.03 Mpa. Made with BPA-free materials, the vacuum-sealed container is safe for microwave reheating.
