Developed by Boulder, Colorado-based Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses, this particular project unsurprisingly comprises a tiny house that is equipped with a [curved roof](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sun-valley) measuring 16 feet across. The tiny house comes equipped with a [compact sofa bed](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cerceaux) that can be altered to act as living room furniture or function as a sleeping area. The home is also fitted with a handy kitchenette in addition to a refrigerator, pantry and cooktop. However, the standout feature of this tiny house is its roof. The curved shape allows for a generous degree of headroom that makes the house appear larger than it is, a key feature for a new tiny house. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.5/10 - Popularity: 95% | Activity: 91% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Curvaceous Tiny Homes:** Designing tiny homes with a curved roof to maximize space and headroom. - **Compact Multifunctional Furniture:** Creating furniture that can be adjusted to serve multiple purposes in tiny homes. - **Smart and Sustainable Kitchen Design:** Developing kitchen solutions that make the most of limited space and resources in tiny homes. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Tiny House Manufacturing:** Manufacturing and designing innovative new tiny homes with a focus on maximizing space. - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Creating compact and multifunctional furniture solutions that meet the unique needs of tiny home living. - **Kitchen Appliance Manufacturing:** Developing kitchen appliances that are smart, sustainable, and space-saving for tiny homes. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Rooftop Terrace Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luxury-tiny-house.md) - [National Park-Inspired Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/basecamp-tiny-house.md) - [Stealthy Sloped Roof Trailers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sun-valley.md) - [Expanded Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ochoco.md) - [Cottage-Like Luxurious Villas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hidden-mountain-tiny-villa.md) - [Spacious Cottage-Like Luxe Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/big-sky.md) - [Warm Compact Living](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-spruce.md) - [Compact Space-Saving Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hartley-tiny-house.md) - [Terrace-Joined Cozy Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/terra-m1tiny-house-on-wheels.md)
