This [penthouse suite](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ph8-penthouse) is totally my style. One feature of the suite that I absolutely love is the 360-degree view of the cylindrical gas fireplace, with a gas line that runs directly from the ceiling. The fact that the 910 Project has a gorgeous view of nature is also a bonus. Once I get money, I’m going to move straight to Victoria Harbour into a penthouse just like this 910 Project by Smith Designs. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.4/10 - Popularity: 63% | Activity: 32% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Cylindrical Fireplaces:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop eco-friendly and energy-efficient cylindrical fireplaces for residential and commercial spaces. - **360-degree Views:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Integrate augmented reality technology to offer virtual 360-degree views from any location, revolutionizing the real estate and tourism industries. - **Gas Line Integration:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create smart gas line systems that seamlessly integrate with ceilings, providing convenient and safe fireplace solutions for both new and existing buildings. ### Who This Affects Most - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Incorporate unique cylindrical fireplace designs into luxury residential and commercial interior projects, setting new trends in the industry. - **Real Estate:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop properties with high-end cylindrical fireplaces and 360-degree views to attract affluent buyers and redefine luxury living experiences. - **Tourism:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create virtual reality tours showcasing properties with 360-degree views and unique cylindrical fireplaces, enhancing the tourism industry's marketing and customer experience strategies. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Slick Modern Holographic Fireplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/holographic-fireplace.md) - [Innovative Fireplace Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fireplace-designs.md) - [Mixed-Material Tabletop Fireplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brasscene-harmony-flame-fireplace.md) - [Cooking-Friendly Outdoor Fireplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/regg-surprise.md) - [Eco-Friendly Bioethanol Fireplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glammfire-contour.md) - [Cylindrical Furnished Penthouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/one-park-drive.md) - [Sculptural Mezzanine Retro Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mnard-dworkind-1.md) - [Elegant Firepit Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/backyard-firepit.md) - [Modern Panoramic View Penthouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/panorama-penthouse.md)
