Of course, the freshness may just lie in the fact that the [pixelated image](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bearista-game) formed is a pretty and feminine flower. The promise of spring blooms will surely strike a cord with people, that's for sure. Designed by Gilli Kuchik of [Bakery Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/postcard-bakery), the 8 Bit Drawers are akin to furniture that would be found in grade school classrooms or even unique boutiques. It is made up of [small drawers and cubbies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multidrawer) that give the overall cabinet piece an 8 bit vibe. The 8 Bit Drawers were recently displayed during the Sotheby's Dream Objects Exhibition last month in Tel Aviv. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.0/10 - Popularity: 62% | Activity: 20% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Pixelated Furniture Designs:** Opportunity for furniture companies to create unique products with a retro feel and modern twist. - **Nature-inspired Pixelated Art:** Opportunity for artists to combine natural imagery with the popular 8-bit style. - **Education-inspired Decor:** Opportunity for interior designers to incorporate playful and functional furniture pieces into classrooms and offices. ### Who This Affects Most - **Furniture:** Innovative companies can create pixelated furniture with a retro vibe and modern functionality. - **Art:** Artists can use pixelated designs to create nature-inspired pieces for both decorative and functional purposes. - **Interior Design:** Designers can incorporate playful and functional pixelated furniture into education and workspace environments. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sandbox-Like Modular Storage Cabinets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-storage-cabinet1.md) - [Video Game-Like Bookcases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tetris-bookcase.md) - [Psychedelic Hand-Painted Cabinets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/collection-iii.md) - [Ultra-Minimal Arcade Gaming Cabinets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wooden-arcade-cabinet.md) - [Funky Colorful Storage Units](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/colorful-storage-units.md) - [Nostalgic 3D-Printed Arcade Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arcade-clock.md) - [80s-Inspired 16-Bit Display Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/16bit-display.md) - [Video Game-Inspired Furniture Catalogue](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ikea-australia-1.md) - [Apartment-Inspired Drawer Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apt-drawers.md)
