The coin design by Joaquin Jimenez, the general engraver of the Monnaie de Paris, incorporates an iconic houndstooth pattern, a dagger knot, roses, as well as other details for collectors to appreciate. The design is presented in a sewing box and it's the first time that a two-kilo gold single-issue coin is going up for auction.
