Here’s are some examples from the French studio Boucherie Moderne. They rock and most certainly do look like the way forward. The idea for [animated tattoos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/whopper-tattoo) came from the [magical images which change](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/a1art) as you moved them. For example with 3D glasses the scissors and anatomical heart you see here become animated, the heart beating and the scissors snipping. The designs look pretty awesome, even without 3D glasses. Guess this is kind of handy as clearly not everyone walks about with 3D glasses on. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.7/10 - Popularity: 97% | Activity: 97% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Unique](https://www.trendhunter.com/unique) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **3D Tattoos:** 3D animated tattoos are the next disruptive innovation in tattoo technology. - **Animated Body Art:** Animated tattoos offer a new form of self-expression and artistic innovation for tattoo enthusiasts. - **Magical Image Tattoos:** Magical image tattoos create an interactive and mesmerizing experience for tattoo wearers. ### Who This Affects Most - **Tattoo Industry:** The tattoo industry can explore new artistic techniques and tools to create 3D animated tattoos. - **Entertainment Industry:** The entertainment industry can incorporate animated tattoos into movies, TV shows, and performances, enhancing visual storytelling. - **Fashion Industry:** The fashion industry can collaborate with tattoo artists to create unique and creative designs that blend fashion and body art in innovative ways. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [AI Tattoo Visualizers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ink-studio-ai.md) - [Online Tattoo Art Marketplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blackdot.md) - [3D-Printed Flip Books](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stl-sculptures.md) - [Generative Art Tattoo Capsules](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blackdot-1.md) - [AI Tattoo Generators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tattoo-ai-design.md) - [AI-Powered Tattoo Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blackdot-device.md) - [Custom Tattoo Designers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-tattoo-generator2.md) - [Custom Tattoo Generators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-tattoo-creator.md) - [Custom Tattoo Design Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-tattoo-generator1.md)
