The stopper works by being installed onto a door and automatically snapping into place when it's required without getting in the way or causing any disruption when it isn't needed. The flexible design of the unit ensures it won't become mangled during use, while also keeping it up and out of the way between uses, and ensuring it's always within reach when required. The conceptual '2oor Stopper' is the design work of Sai Kann and has been vibrantly designed to be easily visible to ensure it's always ready for use. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.9/10 - Popularity: 100% | Activity: 100% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Automatic Door Stoppers:** The flexible '2oor Stopper' showcases an opportunity for innovative door stopper designs that automatically click into place when required. - **Discreet Door Accessories:** The '2oor Stopper' highlights the potential for discreet door accessories that stay out of the way when not in use, offering a sleek and unobtrusive solution. - **Visible Door Safety:** The vibrantly designed '2oor Stopper' demonstrates the potential for visible door safety devices that are easily noticeable and always ready for use. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Improvement:** The concept of flexible snapping door stoppers opens up innovative opportunities in the home improvement industry for creating more efficient and user-friendly door accessories. - **Interior Design:** The '2oor Stopper' introduces disruptive innovation opportunities in the interior design industry by offering aesthetically pleasing and functional door stopper solutions. - **Commercial Hardware:** The concept of automatic clicking door stoppers presents potential disruptive innovation possibilities in the commercial hardware industry, enabling convenient and hassle-free door management. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Industrial Sculptural Door Wedges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/universal-door-wedge.md) - [Hands-Free Door Handle Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/safe-lever-door-opener.md) - [Tooth-Shaped Active Doorbell Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/skitter.md) - [Camera-Equipped Door Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plus-link-z-concept.md) - [Dynamic Curved Bottle Openers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dancing-opener.md) - [Interior Push-Pull Door Locks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/anylock-milda.md) - [Transforming Umbrella Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/split-1.md) - [Self-Covering Cooling Fans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/clofan.md) - [Connected Auto-Locking Door Locks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nuki-smart-lock-20.md)
