The outdoor furniture piece is designed with a space-conscious approach -- while it boasts relaxing elements through its wide design, it also saves storage space with its [stackable sensibility](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/omega-chair). The chair has edges that slightly curve inwards at the seat and the backrest. It also has armrests that are incorporated at a wider distance to initiate a more comfortable posture. Although the 21 Chair is designed for [outdoor environments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/madison-chair), it still seamlessly fits into any indoor space as well. The stackable element of the chair allows four to be on top of one another at a time. The piece is constructed from steel tubes as its frames and [die-cast aluminum slats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aluminum-outdoor-furniture) for its backrest and its seat. The powdercoat protects it from any threats of peeling, chipping, or fading. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.9/10 - Popularity: 37% | Activity: 11% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Space-conscious Design:** The stackable design of the 21 Chair by Landscape Forms presents an opportunity for creating space-saving furniture solutions in both indoor and outdoor environments. - **Relaxing Elements:** The wide design and comfortable posture of the 21 Chair suggests opportunities for designing more ergonomic outdoor furniture. - **Durable Materials:** The use of steel tubes and die-cast aluminum in the construction of the 21 Chair highlights the potential for creating long-lasting and weather-resistant furniture pieces. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Outdoor Furniture:** The 21 Chair's stackable design and durable materials make it suited for the outdoor furniture industry, where space-saving and weather-resistant pieces are in demand. - **Interior Design:** The seamless transition of the 21 Chair from outdoor to indoor spaces presents an opportunity to incorporate stackable and space-conscious furniture in interior design projects. - **Furniture Manufacturing:** The innovative use of materials in the 21 Chair suggests a disruptive potential for the furniture manufacturing industry, particularly in creating durable and sustainable products. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Stackable Screw-Free Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-stack-chair.md) - [Sustainable Hi-Rise Outdoor Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lollygagger.md) - [Stylish Stackable Office Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nesting-chair.md) - [Fan-Shaped Stackable Stool Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stool-concept.md) - [Durable Designer Outdoor Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/breeo-x-series-chair.md) - [Traditional Vibrant Outdoor Armchairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/net-lounge.md) - [Bold Outdoor Aluminum Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aline-outdoor-chair.md) - [Playful Recycled Aluminum Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tuba-chair.md) - [Recycled Stacking Seating Solutions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sting-chair.md)
