# Anatomically Correct Art 10 Brainy Examples By Cowbag | Published 2008-08-31 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/10-anatomically-correct-brains-when-creativity-meets-biology-gallery References: [mindhacks](http://mindhacks.com) The following 10 brains were designed to be anatomically correct. The **Delicate Woolen Brain** by Sarah Hillienberger is great. I would love to be able to add this brain onto other items such as cushions - even better I would like to be able to make it myself. The **Homer Brain** is a great piece of Simpsons art I would allow on my wall. Loving the small brained Homer. Thankfully the **Anatomically Correct Brain Cake** is not made from brains and it is simply the decoration which is ‘of the brain’. **Knitted Brain 2** is an anatomically correct brain made from fabric; I love it so much. The **Anatomically Correct Chocolate Brain** is a whole pound of chocolate and to be honest, it is not too gory. It also comes in smaller, bite-sized chunks. The **Gummi Brains** are the most unappetizing sweets I have ever seen, and I eat most things. The **Brain colouring book & pencil toppers** would make a perfect stocking stuffer for pushy parents. Maybe colouring in this brain is a new form of therapy. The brain pencil toppers are also ‘remarkable’. The **[Ceramic Brain](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/out-of-orifice)** works as a sculpture apparently, but I think it would be so much better if it worked as a vase. These **Brain Earrings** are the worst earring design I have ever seen, and that's a fact. An assortment of other [brain jewelry](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mini-sculptures) can be found on [Etsy](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/keyboard-wrist-rest). The **Brain Mouse** it sot strictly anatomically correct but just truly strange. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.3/10 - Popularity: 71% | Activity: 21% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Anatomically Correct Art:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop customizable anatomically correct art pieces for home decor. - **Brain-inspired Food Products:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create innovative and appealing brain-themed food products for the confectionery and dessert industry. - **Brain-inspired Fashion and Accessories:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Design unique and stylish fashion pieces and accessories inspired by the brain anatomy. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Integrate anatomically correct art pieces into the home decor industry to offer unique and customizable options. - **Confectionery and Dessert:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop brain-inspired food products in the confectionery and dessert industry to cater to novelty-seeking consumers. - **Fashion and Accessories:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create brain-inspired fashion and accessories for consumers looking for quirky and unique style choices. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Human Body Discovery Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ultimate-squishy-human-body.md) - [Educational Anatomy Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/giant-heart-with-hidden-cells.md) - [Caramelized Organ Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zotter-chocolates-brains-eggs.md) - [Brain-Like Labyrinths](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brash-collective.md) - [Brain Protection Awareness Helmets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brain-protection-helmet.md) - [Human Embraced-Inspired Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wallmounted-sculpture.md) - [Advanced Brain-Cooling Pillows](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brain-sleep-pillow.md) - [Portable Brain Scanners](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mwi-brain-scanner.md) - [Hyper-Realistic Flesh Objects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/junji-ito.md)
