The 1/2 Project is quite the innovative and creative way to look at charity and donating towards a good cause. The idea behind these [benevolent bottles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/salaam-cola) is that you you pay the same amount for a regular drink, but the bottle is only [half the size](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/worlds-smallest-beer).

The 1/2 Project rule is that half the cost of the bottle goes directly towards donating to NGOs, so technically you’re paying the appropriate price for your drink and making a [small charitable donation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/good-deeds-whiskey-batch-2).

The 1/2 Project would be a great way to give small but have a big effect!
