Designers are creating self-privacy pods to which workers can retreat for a bit of peace and quiet. Encouraging isolation in this way does not deter from an organization's goal to enhance interaction and team-building, but rather compliments it by giving employees a place where they can de-stress and clear the mind -- something that is certainly necessary in today's fast-paced and stressful work culture. ## At a Glance -
