Many women who agree that getting the birth control pill is a hassle will be excited to know they may soon be able to get theirs online! A private company in the UK, DrThom, would make it possible for women to get their contraception without a trip to their GP or endure the long waits at walk-in clinics.
The service will first available to those 18 years and up already taking pregnancy prevention pills, then later be offered to those new to the pill. All patients will have to do is fill out an online form, and potentially answer a few targeted questions from doctors.
The price isn't bad either; the pill will sell for £29.99, or about $6 US.
