Jack Link's New Zero-Sugar Beef Jerky Takes Just Like the Original

With consumers becoming increasingly conscious about their sugar intake, Jack Link's has launched a new Zero-Sugar Beef Jerky that is meant to taste just like their original beef jerky, minus the sugar.

Jack Link's new Zero-Sugar Beef Jerkey starts with lean cuts of beef that are marinated in a signature blend of herbs and spices. The meat is then slow-roasted over hardwood smoke to achieve a distinctively smokey taste. While the original version of the brand's beef jerky is made with six grams of sugar per one ounce serving, the new version features none. However, Jack Link's Zero-Sugar Beef Jerkey is still gluten-free, free of added MSG, and contains 15 grams of protein per one ounce serving like the original.

Not only is the sugar-free jerky great for diabetics and those cutting back on their sugar intake, but also for those following special diets such as paleo or keto.
