Zach Posen Fall 2012 Showcases Beautiful Asian Influences

The Zac Posen Fall 2012 show was like a trip to the Orient, as the designer showcased pieces inspired by Asia and the Far East for the coming fall and winter. The collection was all about elegance and refinement, including luxurious evening wear and dresses accented with rich prints and fabrics.

With red, gold, turquoise and navy prominent hues in the Zac Posen Fall 2012 palette, the pieces ranged from sophisticated, fitted skirt suits with peplum waists to glamorous, floor-length gowns featuring mermaid silhouettes. Silk, satin and jacquard with Asian-inspired prints and embroidery provided the foundation for chic body-con dresses and jackets, and the show culminated in a stunning, strapless midnight-blue ball gown worn by Canadian top model Coco Rocha.
