While there are plenty of yoga props that can be pressed into the ground to aid with working towards proper alignment and deepening stretches, there are few yoga props

krikstix is a type of prop that's made from two aluminum dowels, similar to the wooden poles that are sometimes used during Iyengar classes. These poles can either be connected to form one long pole, or "stik," as well as two separate "stix."

The krikstix props can be used in a variety of ways, from being held during standing poses to props for practicing inversions away from a wall. These sticks are particularly useful for alleviating tension that collects in the neck, back and shoulders, which is a common problem among adults who sit at an office desk all day.
