Rather than having people travel to a studio, the Workplace Yogi offers solutions for yoga at work. While fitness apparel, mats and props are typically needed for a normal practice, the Workplace Yogi has employees follow routines that can be carried out in work clothing and office chairs.

The Workplace Yogi programs runs for a duration of either four, eight or 12 months at a time, beginning with easy 30-minute sessions at desks. These classes are usually structured in a way that begins with a few minutes of breathing, 20 minutes of stretching and the remainder of the session ends with a mindfulness meditation.
