If you aren't a fan of fitness classes, you can now stream yogis and practice yoga at home. While some people might already be doing this with help from YouTube or DVD programs, Yoogaia lets anyone with a webcam join a virtual yoga class and receive feedback. This perfectly combines the class concept with at-home comfort.

Based in Finland, Yoogaia provides expert-led interactive classes in yoga instruction as well as pilates, core and kettle bell sessions. For one week members pay 10 euros or 70 euros for a year-long membership. An online schedule is available for your perusal. If you miss a live session, recordings are also available so you can still do yoga at home. In addition to Finland, you can stream classes in Hong Kong, America and the UK.
