Toronto-born singer The Weeknd has released his XO’TWOD 2016 Spring/Summer clothing line.

The singer's merchandise utilizes streetwear inspiration and comes in black and white with minimalist branding that decorates each piece. In doing so, The Weeknd's most recent collection works as a stylish brand that looks good while also showing fans' love for the artist. The pieces carry his motto XO’TWOD, an acronym that stands for "XO 'Til We Overdose" -- playing on the hazy party scene that is portrayed in many of his songs.

The collection features unisex t-shirts, short-sleeve hoodies, crewneck crop-tops, long shorts and tank tops -- making them perfect for summer weather wardrobes. As shown with the popularity of Kanye West and Justin Bieber clothing, artist merchandise is proving to be instrumental in many streetwear looks of late.
