The Indian Book of Records has declared the World’s smallest girl. Achondroplasia suffery, Jyoti Amge, is 15 years old but is just 1ft 11 in tall, weighs 11lb and is fully grown.

Joyti is said to be untroubled by her size, loving the attention it brings - whilst her mum simply describes her as cute.
