First Solar Inc. and China have recently partnered up to build what is anticipated to be the World's Largest Solar Plant.

With an expected size of over 25 square miles, the World's Largest Solar Plant will have a power output equivalent to two full-sized coal burners.

Most importantly, however, the upcoming project is a wake-up call to the rest of the world. Projects like the World's Largest Solar Plant demonstrate how sustainable energy is soon to be the defining factor in a country's ability to move into the future, and China is well on it's way to showing it is ready to meet that future.
