Apple's Employee Programs Encourage the Testing of New Devices

Apple's educational workplace initiative aims to empower the tech brand's employees. In addition to its focus on equality and employee wellness, Apple also hosts in-store workshops for manufacturing industry, tech support and customer service professionals who are introduced to the brand's latest devices and software updates before they are released to the public.

Aiming to create an educated workplace setting, Apple not only teaches staff about new product features and updates but also prides itself on introducing workers to rights, benefits and other workplace initiatives in a comprehensive and open manner.

The mission statement of Apple UK's employee website reads that "all workers deserve to be treated with dignity. And we want every worker in our supply chain to know that it’s his or her right to work in a fair and ethical environment."
