This wooden toolbox is one of the most versatile kits a builder can have at his disposal. Not only does the box look good and work great, but it’s also built to fit into older toolboxes.

Toolboxes aren’t a make-or-break set in a craftsman arsenal, but it is a piece that can make life much easier (or frustratingly tedious). This wooden toolbox set, named the Toptainer, is an awesome DIY project that creates a smooth and contemporary looking miniature toolbox. The tools aren’t even entirely meant to fit inside the toolbox as it’s more of a holder than a standalone toolbox.

After the Toptainer has been loaded up it can be inserted into older, bigger toolboxes for easier storage. The goal of the Toptainer is organization followed by portability and it does both amazingly well.
