Women With Guns Part of Rising Firearm Ownership Movement

Gun ownership is on the rise in the U.S. and with it is a push to see more women with guns. The excitement of shooting and of breaking female stereotypes has interested a lot of women who carry firearms. Women who have served in the military are often interested in shooting post-service as a hobby. A lot of men just hope that women with guns will be driven to pose in bikinis holding them.

Many gun clubs offer special training for the newly-armed and some even provide firearms for females to try while they’re deciding whether they should join the swelling ranks of women with guns.
