A Rhode Island Chief Judge Jeremiah Jeremiah Jr. charged probations to both Rebecca Arnold, 37 years old, and David Prata, 33 years old. The two apparently had sex while in front of her daughter who is only 9 years old. Rebecca defended herself by saying to investigators that they only want to teach her daughter for her development as a woman.

Rebecca accidentally mentioned this malicious act to her father while they were in Massachusetts. But the father did not tolerate it and he reported the incident to authorities immediately.
