This Wollongong restaurant pays tribute in its decor and menu to the culture and palate of street food in Vietnam. The colorful Australian eatery recreates a street food market scene by decorating the open kitchen stage with upcycled window shutters and boasts a ceiling covered in a unique lighting installation inspired by traditional head wear.

The Wollongong restaurant was realized in terms of decor and graphic design by Span Design, who are based in Homebush, New South Wales. Saigon Senses is a colorful restaurant succeeds in presenting the theme in an exciting and vibrant new way and offers a host of seating options in a quick service dining setting.
